Phoenix Defensive Driving and Traffic Survival School
In addition to any administrative suspension or revocation from a Phoenix DUI conviction, the MVD will assess 8 points against your Arizona driving privileges.
If you get between 8 and 12 points, you will need to go to traffic survival school, or the MVD will suspend your license for up to six months.
You should always make sure you keep your address up to date with the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division. They will mail you any suspension or traffic school information, and you don't want to miss it. |
